Pro Box Crafters provides in-house dieline design and 3D mockup services as part of the quoting process. Final print-ready artwork must be approved in writing by the client before production begins.
By submitting artwork or design files, you represent and warrant that:
We are not responsible for any claims arising from artwork submitted by the client.
Orders typically require a deposit of 50% upon order confirmation, with the balance due prior to shipment. Payment terms may vary and will be specified in your order confirmation.
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods specified at checkout. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Standard production turnaround is 10–14 business days from final artwork approval and receipt of deposit. Rush production may be available at additional cost, subject to scheduling.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an order that deviates materially from approved proofs or specifications, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery with photographic documentation.
We do not accept returns for orders that match the approved proof. Custom packaging is produced to order and cannot be restocked or resold.
Our maximum liability for any defective order is limited to the cost of re-producing the affected portion of the order.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design files created by Pro Box Crafters — is the property of Pro Box Crafters and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Dielines and structural designs created by our team for your project remain our intellectual property until the order is paid in full, at which point the structural files are provided to you for use with your order specifications.
You retain ownership of all brand assets, logos, and artwork you supply to us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Box Crafters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or any products or services provided.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
The website and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on this site.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.
